Antonio’s is a prominent fine dining restaurant located in the cool city of Tagaytay. It is considered the high-end counterpart to the different Antonio’s restaurants found in Tagaytay such as Antonio’s Grill and Antonio’s All Day Breakfast. The restaurant’s chef and owner, Chef Antonio “Tony Boy” Escalante prepares gastronomic dishes by combining imported ingredients with the freshest produce while at times getting ingredients straight from their own organic garden. Among the favorite dishes served in the restaurant are the Duck Leg Confit on Mesclun Salad with Pan-seared Foie Gras, Steak Tartare, Grilled Angus Prime Rib Eye Steak and Dark Chocolate Soufflé with Cardamom Crème Anglaise. Although everything sounds complicated, a taste of these appetizing dishes with erase the complication away.

Antonio’s was placed as the 5th Top Restaurant in Asia in the list of Miele’s Guide in the 2010/2011 edition. Back in 2008, it landed at the 10th spot while in 2009 it landed on the 17th spot. Being consistently listed in the Miele Guide for the past three years speaks a ton about the restaurant already. It should also be duly noted that Antonio’s is the only Philippine entry in the famed guide that covered 450 restaurants in 17 different counties.

This one-hectare compound is a common venue for lavish wedding receptions done in Tagaytay City. To make the special event even more memorable, the couple can customize their menu and wine selection along with choosing appropriate table settings to match their wedding’s motif.
